This cabin was a particularly special (and total) restoration. Every detail for this home was customized by yours truly- from the vintage water ski mug rack, to snowshoe plant hangers. We partnered with a contracting team to craft this home to be a lasting testament to the wonderful lady who left it behind to her family. To not only continue to be a haven to them, but to become income-generating so that they get to enjoy it for years to come and share it with so many guests and travelers.

A Total Transformation: Downtown Historic Craftsman

This home had been in this family for over 100 years. Purchased in 1903 it had seen many holidays, birthdays and by 2022 it had seen better days. It was vacant and truthfully, unlivable, sitting with good bones and potential. We partnered with a local contractor to completely remodel this home and restore her former glory. Thoughtfully keeping historic touches and preserving what we could, we brought this craftsman back to life and turned her into an incredibly successful, revenue-producing home for this family.

These homeowners had been through the ringer with some long-term tenants and wanted a better solution for their investment property. They had a fairly blank canvas and 3 simple goals: comfortable, minimal, & efficient. We selected the decor and furnishings for this home and had it rented for the holidays 3 weeks later. Sometimes you don’t need a complete renovation, just a new perspective & a plan.

A New Purpose: Shasta’s Oldest Winery now Welcoming Guests

Matson Vineyards is Shasta County’s oldest bonded winery. When I was younger I actually used to work here serving in their tasting room, so I was incredibly familiar with this space already and passionate about bringing it to its full potential. It was owned by the Matson family until recent years when new owners bought this beautiful piece of property in hopes of preserving its legacy and welcoming new guests to come experience it. They called me into the construction zone and we worked together to get this project past the finish line and create this beautiful stay among the vines! Beloved by travelers & members who have been along since the beginning, this home has become a guest favorite and has helped expand business opportunities for events, weddings, stays & more!
